We know you are super excited to get your kiddos pictures!!! We understand that you have a lot of questions, so please see if we can help you by looking for your question and answer below.

My child had a picture on their proofs that was in black and white and I want it in color OR My child wears glasses and there is a glare OR I want extra editing done to my child’s photos.: If you have ANY special instructions, please place your order through the school and NOT online. We are more than happy to accommodate your requests! These requests just take a little extra time so we ask the order is placed through the school!
We are out of town and/or are unable to get our order into the school by the due date.: You can order your photos online by visiting www.lilangelphoto.com -> Order Photos (the large green button). You will order your photos using the personal login code.
I would like to order my child’s photos, but I have lost my proof.: We will need the name of the school, your child’s name and the class they are in (an image number if you have one). Sometimes a basic description of your child helps as well. Email this information to info@lilangelphoto.com.
You took pictures of my child a while back, am I still able to purchase?: Email us at info@lilangelphoto.com
If I order online will I get my pictures faster?: We deliver all of the pictures to the school at one time, typically 1-2 weeks after the due date. If you pay for alternate shipping it will still be delivered 1-2 weeks after the due date.
How do I receive my digital images?: ALL digital images are sent via email using an online program called Pixieset. You will receive your images within 1-2 business days of placing your order. If you still do not receive your digitals please email us at info@lilangelphoto.com
